Personal Training at FIT
Our personal training programs are designed to help our clients achieve the greatest results in the shortest period of time. Our programs are based on proven scientific evidence, not on unproven studies by unknown "experts".
Every new client is given a COMPLIMENTARY assessment and 7-test functional movement screening to determine if there are weaknesses or imbalances that need corrective action. Training programs are then created and customized based on each clients assessment results and short- and long-term goals and current fitness level.
Our training programs are the most comprehensive around. They include soft tissue work, mobility exercises, muscle activation, cardio and strength training movements.
Whether your goal is to increase strength, muscle mass, endurance, fat loss or just looking and feeling better, increasing performance is central to achieving your goals.
One-On-One Training
Our One-On-One training is sure to get anyone in the best shape of their life!
For one hour we guarantee that you will receive the best workout possible; you will increase strength, burn calories, become more flexible, and achieve that natural high that only a phenomenal workout can provide.
Group Strength Training Classes
With summer and a host of weddings fast approaching, now is the perfect time for you and a loved one or friend(s) to make that commitment together to finally get into the best shape of your life! In other words, this is no time for dress rehearsals. It's time to get serious!
With Group Strength Training, you will:

Strength training classes are limited to four people per trainer, with each team member receiving a personal assessment, functional movement screening, and individual program designed to reach specific goals.
