FIT Boot Camp will be held rain or shine. In case of rain, we'll work out under the overhang at the Parthenon...so cool! Otherwise, we will meet at the field next to the Parthenon (see map below).
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIT Outdoor Boot Camp is different, hard, and it’s FUN! We’ll put you through a series of 45-50 minute challenging routines that will put you in the best shape of your life.
FIT Outdoor Boot Camp has been designed with safe and effective exercises, stressing proper form, technique and safety. Our expert staff puts your health and fitness first, and we’ll be happy to help you modify your workouts so that any pre-existing injuries don’t prevent you from attaining your goals now.

Gloves and ear covers (during winter months)
Purchase your classes at the park or online!

After having gone 1 week, I'd used 6lbs of epsom salts to keep me going, and had lost 3 lbs. By the end of the first month, I'd lost even more inches than lbs, have lots more energy, and am actively recruiting friends to join.
